Brent's Appliance Service installed a new part on my front loader washer. He was on-time, courteous, and efficient as well as reasonably priced. I will definitely use Brent's Appliance Service again and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a dependable and affordable appliance repair service in the Cambridge, Ohio area.

On January 14,2017, we reserved "Castle in the Sky" with Cabins of Gatlinburg. We arrived the evening of February 3,2017, to a castle with NO OUTSIDE LIGHTS ON which makes opening a combination lock in the dark nearly impossible. Upon entering the castle, it was extremely cold inside as the THERMOSTAT was set at 50 DEGREES, and being that it was only 31 degrees outside, it took all night and much of the next day for the castle to heat up to a comfortable temperature. In the living room there were HUGE COBWEBS hanging from the ceiling. The REFRIGERATOR did not work properly and barely kept our food chilled. The POOL TABLE was missing a ball and the rack was broken in several places. The SMOKE ALARM was missing. At least two TOILET SEATS were cracked or mismatched (regular seat on an elongated toilet). Another TOILET was loose and felt like you might tip over. No HOT WATER in one bathroom. No CABLE TV in one bedroom. Poor LIGHTING throughout due to several burnt out or missing bulbs. NO WI-FI. FILTHY WINDOWS. Although we were charged $277.93 per night which included a CLEANING FEE, we were required to take our trash with us upon checkout or be charged an additional fee. The second (and last) night of our stay, my husband felt something SLITHER across his leg while lying in bed!

In my opinion, the castle had not been cleaned prior to our arrival - only the beds made.

We made several calls to Cabins of Gatlinburg but did not receive a call back until after we returned home. When my husband starting listing all of the aforementioned problems, the representative said "send me an email" then HUNG UP on him!

Overall the CASTLE IN THE SKY was a NIGHTMARE CASTLE!
