After receiving a faulty phone and returning it for a refund I am still waiting for my $300+ 6 months later. Their 'customer service' (I use the term loosely) is disgusting. Everytime I message ir email them they tell me they will escalate the dispute to a higher department I have not had a single reply from these fraudsters. Their sellers mark their parcels with misleading descriptions in the customs labels to hide their knock off trade and ask their customers to do the same when returning anything. Any company that doesn't give a stuff about what their sellers are doing is clearly dodgy. I wush I'd read reviews before parting with my hard earned cash.
