Site seems to be straightforward and easy to navigate. The reviews seem helpful, thoughtful. I feel an obligation to be open with the other consumers who come to the site and, therefore, will let them know what happens with Retrevo, since I did go on and order, based on another sitejabber comment.

I filled my cart 2 times and was not told that if I did not sign in my cart would not be saved. So I registered and signed in, filled the cart again, filled out the form to buy - they would not take my credit card. Checked with the bank online and the card had $150 left and my retrevo bill was $110. I was told to use another card, but I called got no answer at customer service and did not want to use a less protected card when I could not even get a human to talk to!
