I spend thousands of dollars at lowes, but you can bet your fur, if I had a different option, I give them my business. Lowes has horrific customer service, especially their installation.

Try to fine your own installer, the guys lowes sends are unprofessional and questionable.
Products used:
Water heater, washer, dryer, riding lawn mower, full deck lumber, paints, many tools, and crap Custer service.
