Humana's life insurance premium doubled when I turned 66. I called and cancelled first week of June. Never received anything in mail re: cancellation or refund - heard nothing. I have called twice, send them a few messages on Twitter - all I get is "your inquiry has been forwarded to the resolution center. Thank you for your patience." I have contacted a Wisconsin BBB and the Department of Insurance to file a complaint. I am still waiting. No wonder my employer dropped them as an insurance carrier - too many complaints. I would NEVER contract with them again.
