My review is not biased. I got the alligator design mobile holder with punkcase logo printed on it, but in generic alligator clip product cover written "Alligator Clip Vehicle-mounted mobile scaffold" (check my trustpilot profile picture for this image) with Chineese letters and writings and nothing like Punkcase on it. This product appears with many other brands like Tomson, XO, Aeoss, Abbery, Hanbaili etc, and even without any logo. On this generic product, they print their logo and sell it as their own. But punkcase.com did it beautifully at an very high price. What else? Quality remains same and unacceptable. My review is purely based on personal experience. Punkcase knows what they did. I know what I got. See the uploaded images of the product I got and the cover it came in.

With the order #******* for a black punkcase mobile holder, I got a blueone instead. In addition to that, this thing without punkcase logo, imported from China, is available in India for half the price, and the assurances seen at punkcase.com creates an illusion that the item itself is superior and is manufactured by punkcase. This is clearly misleading.

I am not an ignorant guy and only because I thought I will get the product manufactured by Punkcase, I shelled out extra $6 and shipping cost, and bought it from punkcase.com website. After getting the product in hand, I finally understood that the same Chinese product is available in India at half the price!

The cover reveals it is a Chinese product and has no indication of punkcase logo or writings on it.

I had to attach extra layers of 3M tape under and over the base of the mobile holder, to keep the holder pasted onto the dashboard while it holds the mobile phone, which finally looks ugly. It cannot hold itself firm even without any mobile in it, on the dashboard at least 3 seconds with the adhesive tape provided with the item.

Also adding the links to the same product available at cheaper prices from $4.44 (INR 305) with free shipping, in India and all over the world.

The trust put in punkcase went in vain. I understand I paid an undeserving $13.97 (INR 958) amount for this kind of Chinese alligator clip and am feeling cheated and lost my money. For the money I paid on punkcase.com, I can buy 3 alligator clip mobile holders from aliexpress.com This is a product manufactured and supplied with out any quality assurance procedures.

Punkcase.com will simply won't publish any genuine reviews we write on their website, about the product's negatives.

After all punkcase customer care replied with an option to return the product where I will have to bear the return shipping fee, to get the product refund. Seeing the Punkcase logo on the product thinking that it is not the generic mobile holder, I decided to use it on the car dashboard, found the adhesive is very poor and cannot hold the mobile phone for even at least 2 seconds. Again the return shipping fee will be half the price of the item itself. So after returning the item, they promsed full refund around $9.98 where I already loose the amount I paid for shipping by punkcase and return shipping totaling $8, and paypal charges. So I simply lose more than $8 for getting a refund of $9.98.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. It is very easy for cheaters to excel in online selling.

This is what happened to me. Seller sent me an Asus Zenfone Max handset. I see the warranty card in the box is of a different zenfone handset identified by the handset serial number. So it's evident that the box is once opened. Why the seller has to open the manufacturer sealed box. Why he has to change the correct warranty card? Why all these fraudulent activities entertained on flipkart? To cover all these fraudulent things, seller Appario Retail (as mentioned on flipkart) pastes fake import sticker on the handset box saying it's imported by Flipkart rather than Asus india and a lot of spelling mistakes on the same sticker! Very very funny.

I checked with Asus, conveys everything what flipkart seller did. Asus customer care told me to get the handset replaced as warranty will be void in such cases of incorrect warranty card. I contacted flipkart several times, raised return request atleast 6 times where each request is closed and rejected by flipkart without any reasons. Flipkart sent a jeeves technician to investigative the matter, got genuine report from the technician and still fraud customer care at flipkart pretends that there is no issue. There is no use even when the central government consumer helpline personnel interfered in this matter for a week and dragged this matter to another week.

Finally I contacted flipkart twitter customer care team and told that I'm going to file a case at my nearest consumer court. I really meant it reminded them the awaiting compensations for all the fraudulent activities done starting from the seller and flipkart customer care's acts to protect fraud seller. Then they came willing to take the handset back and refund. THIS IS MY MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE FROM FLIPKART AND I DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART AGAIN.

I'm sharing my experience of my last purchase on ebay.in.

I bought a product "Flexible Curved Tempered Glass Screen Guard For Motorola Moto G5S #*******774" from ebay on 06-Jun-2018, with PaisaPay ID *******5159.

After receiving the product, I pasted it on the mobile phone screen and found that the width of the tempered glass screen guard is less that it does not cover the entire screen as expected. It appears as screen guard for some other phone having lesser screen size.

Since I already pasted the tempered glass on the phone screen and returning such used product is pointless, I left a neutral feedback regarding my purchase. The seller's(seller wedesi_store) customer care personnel contacted me over phone many times, on 17th June(from this number *******611) asking me to remove my feedback. She promised me to ship the tempered glass screen guard of Moto G5S itself on the same day, without any extra charges. So as per the promise, I replied "Please remove my feedback" to the email from the seller, upon here request, originated from eBay messaging.

There is no update yet regarding the tempered glass screen guard they promised to ship to the same address. Now the seller customer care is not attending my calls, messages etc.

The above content is the email sent to eBay and they never responded yet. When contacted eBay through customer service chat, they said they don't have enough evidence to take any action. Now eBay has become the center of fraud sellers.
