I had paid for a walking and tasting tour for two people with the above company. My guest and I appeared at the designated and place. We waited but no tour director showed up. I "chatted" with a customer care "specialist," as there is no phone number on the website, to let the company know that we were waiting. I was told, after traveling for over an hour, that the tour had been moved to another time of the day and, further, that those who had signed up could not accommodate the change in time and therefore the company cancelled the tour. The only notice I had received was two days prior to the date. That confirmed the location and time I originally signed up for. I have requested a refund several times but to no avail. As a last resort, I called my credit card company to register a complaint. They are currently going after this company to provide the refund I am due.
