So, when you call to talk to customer service, you reach someone in India or somewhere, they have a barnyard with ROOSTERS so loud in the background you can't hear them even if you're lucky enough to understand their broken English, and I might add, it sounds like those roosters are in the same room as the customer UNservice. Also, shipping is outrageous, clothes aren't sized right from most of their sister companies, go local, go in person. In handicapped, so I like shopping online. Done with this company.
Tip for consumers:
Do no shop Catherine's, or its affiliates!!! Shipping is outrageous, customer service... give it up, roosters in the same room, can't speak English.
