I ordered a tool belt and two pouches. The belt and one of the pouches started to tear after 3 weeks of use. There is not a phone number listed on the site. A phone number needs to be available to customers, as emails back and forth consume too much time. So I was given customer service via email by Melissa. Melissa was very helpful, my defected items are being replaced and sent from the manufacturer. I do hope the new belt and pouch hold up better this time. Melissa was a pleasure to work with.
