Worst customer service. Sent them photos for a two person portrait, they sent me just one person in the portrait. Claimed I only paid for 1, need to pay extra for 2. I said fine... and that's the last I ever heard from them. No replies, no refund, nada, 4 days and counting. Stay away.
***EDIT*** I would reduce this to 0 stars if I could. They didn't reply for 4+ days, but did once they saw this review. They refused to allow me to pay for the edits (in accordance with their website FAQ), saying they would no longer work with me... but wouldn't refund me. When I said I'll just let my credit card company handle it, they threatened to report it as fraud and sue me in court! Wow... just wow.
EDIT #2: I use my credit card very sparingly and it never leaves my wallet, I've never had any fraud on any of my cards. Yes, literally the day I disputed the charge with SimsonifyMe, I started getting fraudulent charges on my card. Do I have proof that they gave my card info to other companies? No... but it seems highly unusual that this would happen literally hours after I told them I was disputing their charge,
