Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter that were too small. She needed them quickly so I didn't have time to do an exchange. For some reason I lost $20 when I sent the first pair back. Purchased another pair for $70+. Great shoes but I will NEVER buy from this company again. EVER. Live and learn. Also I have proof of purchase but have NO idea how to "upload" an image.

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It was too small, and the bead design on the front of the dress was not symmetrical. I emailed the company two days after receiving the dress, and they said they would respond within 24 hours. It has now been four days and I haven't heard a word from them. I tried to open a dispute and I was unable to do that. I sent an email with pictures of the problems with the dress. This company needs to be investigated. IT IS HORRIBLE and NOBODY should trust this company!

I am a chemotherapy patient with a lot on my mind. When I ordered a wig from this company I never thought I wouldn't be able to return a wig that cost $145.00. First of all it was very slow getting to me. Then the wig itself looked like a piece of crap. I ordered a wig with layers which had brown undertones and blond highlights. It is all one ugly brown color with absolutely no style to it. I sent three emails requesting a refund but I could tell very quickly there was NO way I would be reimbursed. My last email told them I do not have enough time nor energy to continue with this discussion and they could keep my $145 and I would let my review speak for me. I truly regret that I didn't read any reviews before ordering from this company. It is obviously a company that I would NEVER do business with again, and I hope others who are considering making a purchase will do a lot of research. I sure wish I had.
