I ordered a dress months ago, and still have not received it. CS told me to give it another 2 weeks, that was 2 weeks ago. I don't need the dress anymore, the wedding that I bought the dress for is over and done. CS also mentioned that I had not bought insurance, being a new customer, I didn't realize that I needed it. I've dealt with many companies and never had to buy insurance! Very unprofessional company, yes, I've been ripped off!
