  • The Mine

8/28/17

I ordered a light for out kitchen that I honestly thought was going to be extremely hard to replace but found one on this site and it came quickly and my husband was able to easily install it himself and it almost matches all the other fixtures in our remodel. It was priced substantially lower than anything else we had found and none of the others were the correct size. It came quickly, well packed and would not hesitate to use the site again.

  • Gilt

Gilt offers the best of the best at fabulous prices. I have bought so many different things and my only worry were three paintings I bought but I knew they were going to take 3 months to get here but were well worth the wait. Customer service has never been a problem and when I accidentally shipped something somewhere wrong they quickly resolved it kindly and politely. I buy a lot and will continue to, you cannot beat the prices for luxury goods and not once have I received a knock off piece. I have and will continue to recommend Gilt to both friends and family.?

I buy a lot of shoes from 6PM because my feet are so small and I have a hard time finding shoes in ladies that are stylish. They come quickly and the customer service is polite and friendly and answers any questions. I love the videos they have on some of the shoes. I have never had a problem with 6PM at all. I would recommend the.

  • Macy's

8/26/17

Seriously I don't know how they stay in business with the terrific sales they have. I buy almost all my jeans from Macy's because I can be assured they will fit and they come quickly and are wrapped nicely and come on hangers. Macy's has never stopped being a classy store like many have. I love their advertisements and the coupons they send and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. They made a mistake, corrected it and gave me an extra $50 credit. I remember shopping there as a child and at 56 I still do. They are fabulous! There is nothing you cannot buy from Macy's!

  • Groupon

8/26/17

I have only bought products off Groupon because friends have warned me that the entertainment or food Groupons can often be scams or just don't work. Everything I have bought (a dog seat cover, a number sign for our home, wine, air filters) has been up to par. I am careful and read it carefully. I did cancel an order and in fact returned something with absolutely no problem at all. I have read the bad reviews but myself personally have never had these problems. I have gotten some great deals and been pleased thus far. Customer service has always been kind to me just through EM's. I have been happy with Groupon.

  • Sephora

8/26/17

Sephora puts me in a mind like a kid in a candy store. They have everything and anything and if you watch the sales it is a super place to shop and they are always offering up something free or a super special. Yes, you have to buy something but what are you there for? I am very fair skinned with freckles and they always help me find exactly what I want without pushing too much on me. At 56 I know how to politely get them away and make my purchases happily. I don't like Ulta because I feel like a bunch of hawks descend down on you the moment you enter the store. Sephora has more of a laid back vibe and I love their products. Ordering online has never been a problem for me.

  • Sally Beauty

8/26/17

I have a Sally's Card so it saves a ton when you combine it with the coupons you get in the mail. My husband has been dying my hair for over 15 years but he uses professional dyes. I go get it cut professionally but he takes care of the color which honestly is a bonding experience. I buy Seche Vite & Essie & Opi nail polish and all my other polish products there. I bought my latest blow dryer there. The clerks are always polite and quick to help you. Great place!

  • Vroom

8/26/17

I knew exactly what type of car I wanted and what features I wanted and found one on the VROOM website. The site lists all the features for the car and shows a lot of photos for the car. The price was more than fair (I had been looking for 2 months) and I called and had the whole thing done in less than 4 days. They shipped the car to me for free and I had it in less than a week. It was painless. The salesperson was commendable considering I have OCD. The tag and title team did a great job. This is the 2nd car I bought online. I had bought another car online first from another dealer. I absolutely love the car. I would recommend VROOM to anyone. It's set up to help those who are ready to buy a car and have their ducks in line. Great team of people who will answer any questions you have along the way.

  • Wayfair

8/26/17

I ordered 2 round end tables but checked everywhere else before I ordered because I had read so many bad reviews on Wayfair.com. I took the chance and ordered them figuring if it went South I could simply return them. Much to my surprise I got them in perfect condition 2 days later and I have them three years later and adore them. They came well packaged considering the tops had glass sitting on top of them and none of the bronzing on the front was scratched at all. They are very good quality and actually the same manufacturer I had looked at in a very high end department store. I got a steal and was very pleased all the way around. I saved a bundle and had no problems whatsoever. Super happy with my experience.

  • Pottery Barn

8/26/17

Pottery Barn is so unique in the idea that they are constantly sending out new catalogs full of fresh designs! I love color and don't relegate my decorative ideas to the humdrum of "country" or "brown". I love COLOR. Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams & Sonoma & Grandin Road have practically decorated my home. I have had to return an item or two to Pottery Barn but they quickly put the money back on my card without a hitch. Everything is top quality and customer service is superb and always offers up anything if you are not happy. If you use your Pottery Barn card you get REWARDS that are SO worth it! FREE $$$ to shop with! As anything in life "you pay for what you get ". My home is my life so I want it to be my showpiece. It of course will never be completely finished because of these fabulous stores! I would recommend Pottery Barn to anyone!

  • West Elm

8/26/17

West Elm has everything and it is all quality. The moto "you pay for what you get" is 100% true. Between Pottery Barn, West Elm & Williams & Sonoma & Grandin Road my house gets furnishined. Chic, quality, different and there is ALWAYS something new that you "just have to have". A lot of people would be crying at paying $109.99 for pillow covers but they last. We use our home, we live in it. The rugs we bought from West Elm have brought such pops of color and have held up so well that I do love to tell people where we got them. I don't like to decorate like everyone else, I love color and bright open spaces. It exudes happiness and if you go to West Elm you feel happy. Go to their website you are happy. I have had to return something because it did not fit in but I guarantee I bought something else. Customer service is excellent, I have never had a problem with them. It goes back on my card immediately. Love, love, love WE!

  • Williams-Sonoma

8/26/17

How could anyone complain about an online company that sells only the best and backs it up with the best customer service one could ask for? I have bought everything from their crossiants made in Paris to their pots and pans and cutlery and have never once been dissatisfied. During the holidays I often send my friends the pastries which are sent frozen (most are made overseas) and the thank you cards and calls I receive are so worth it. The croissants are better than the ones we can buy at any bakery (they come frozen you bake them yourself). I have bought their pans for gifts also. The home store is also fabulous. I adore WS. A favorite of mine. Never a let down.

  • Grandin Road

8/26/17

From seasonal decorations to furniture to art Grandin Road is the place to go. My Halloween display got 100% spookier and my Christmas 100% jollier. The quality is superb and the choices are so different than what is offered on other websites. As such in life you only get what you pay for. This is my "go to" website and much of my house has been inspired and decorated through the website. I want to keep it my "secret" but it is too lovely not to share!

  • Zappos

8/26/17

Who couldn't love Zappos? They have everything you need in shoes and I accidentally ordered my Husband's Naot's clogs in the wrong size and they resent me the right size and they were there the next morning before I even had a chance to ship the others out! The free shipping and how fast it is just amazes me. Customer service is so polite and I have ZERO complaints! I recommend them to everyone.

  • Lands' End

8/26/17

I have been buying from from LE forever. I have never gotten a bad item or poor quality item ever. The styles are classics and timeless and now they are adding new more youthful designs that add that special something. Probably 65% of my wardrobe comes from Lands End, I even love their dresses. My favorite is their cardigans. My husband is a true fan too. All of our coats are from LE also. You cannot beat them!

  • Walmart

8/26/17

Wal Mart is trying to really get into the ship to home business and my first few orders were messy but they not only corrected them but gave me gift cards that I used on my next orders. I was using Jet.com but when Wal Mart bought them the price of bottled luxury waters rose on Jet.com and went down on Wal Mart so I naturally went to then. The shipping is free, it comes quickly and they are cordial and will right any mistake and AlWAYS send out a survey to see how you felt about your delivery. They care in my opinion. I personally am surprised because I am NOT a huge Wal Mart fan due to the way they treat customers in their stores. As far as online ordering goes I will continue to order my water from Wal Mart. We spend almost $150 a month so I expect some degree of happiness and no worries after I order it. I appreciate the good customer service I get.

  • Target

8/26/17

In a time when Sears and even Macy's is struggling you would think Target would at least TRY to put out better products. Their clothes are of such low quality that it is disgusting. People are fooled by the idea of them partering with big designers for lines but those small lines are of such horrid quality they are not worth buying. I also think their prices are out of this world for the quality they are selling. Don't even try to buy toys there, keep your kids out of the toy isle or you will be broke. They are by far competitors. Michelle Obama became a brand ambassador but it still did nothing for the quality of the clothes sold their. I get mad when my husband wants to go there to buy work clothes. I always win. I am not buying clothes again in 6 months. Let that big red ball just bounce right by me. You have to have something the people will come back for to stay in business. Junk! People would do better going to a thrift store buying high end brands then those at Target.

  • Amazon

8/26/17

Amazon used to be the best in online shopping but beware of their prices! I buy 90% of everything I buy online due to where I live so I am very conscious of pricing. Amazon USED to be the place to find everything you needed at the best price but now BEWARE that it is not always so. If I need something desperately I will order through my Prime account and pay full over priced for it but I have backed off ordering through Amazon because there are just too many wonderful online sites that offer the exact same products at betters prices and with free shipping if you search the Internet for free shipping coupons, or even just ask the retailer for a coupon telling them you will go to Amazon. There are also too many counterfeiters on Amazon and Amazon knows it and does nothing about it. EBay recently got outed and eBay will become a thing of the past. People are realizing that eBay is siding with crooked sellers and counterfeirs and selling out the customers. Amazon needs to clean up it's act and watch it's price points. Even my 83 year old Father brought this up to me. He used to love Amazon but is learning how to find better deals elsewhere or asks me. Sad days ahead for Amazon.

  • Ulta

8/26/17

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt like hawks had been let loose on me and continued the entire time I was in the store (which trust me was short). I honestly felt like a criminal. I am 56, a person who holds a PsyD and makes PLENTY of money. They paraded behind and around me asking me silly questions when all I was looking for was a bottle of Chanel Chance perfume which they do not carry. Good customer service is one thing but I know how I dress AND how I carry myself but standing behind and beside and following is just too much. I can make my own beauty purchases without a 23 year robot following me around. Disgusting, horrifying and I have had this conversation with each and every one of my friends. They ALL agreed with me that the sales tactics are ridiculous and overbearing. If the clerks are making commission then they need to change their game because they are NOT winning, they are SCARY! Never, ever going back into Ulta again! My $$$$$ going to Sephora. At least I can shake those girls off!

  • Bath & Body Works

8/26/17

Yes they smell wonderful but do you read what makes them smell that way? Have you ever wondered how they can ever afford to have such fabulous sales that they are practically giving them away? The chemicals they use are extremely harsh on your skin, even the ones the claim to be "natural". I would rather pay more and actually use products that I am aware of what they are doing for my body and what is in them then how they smell. You only have one body. Your body is your temple and you are it's keeper. There are excellent body lotions out there that smell just as wonderful but are not as harmful to to your skin. You won't BOGO but your skin will truly thank you. Research the chemicals in the Bath and Body Works products and you just may not choose to use them any longer, especially on your children.
