Almost everything I have ordered from Macy's I have kept, but the few times I returned items, it was never a problem returning it to the store for a full refund. When shopping in the store, they are always ready to find you any extra discounts available at that time. I always shop the sales & then use extra coupons.

I was offered a 14 day trial of Vita Luminance Anti wrinkle firming cream (1 oz) and RegeneLift (. 5 oz) advanced ageless eye serum to try for the shipping price of $4.95. After 14 days from ordering it (but only a week after delivery), my Visa was charged $200 for my "samples". When I called, I was told that you only have 14 days from shipment to return product or you are charged the full price of the product. That gives you NO time to even try it. After alot of back and forth, they did give me 50% off (big deal) and after over a month of trying both products, there is NO difference. What a rip off! Read all the details very closely before you give anyone your credit card number and remember "a 14 day trial is NOT free" and you can't return the product for a full refund! And if you don't cancel your subscription, they may send you more and you will be charged the full price!

I purchased a comforter, but when it came, it did not look like anything like the one online or the quality. When I went to return it to the store, I was told I would have to pay for the shipping as they were charged by UPS to deliver it. After speaking to a manager, they did give me a full refund, but were not happy about it.

We booked our airline seats online, but when we went to check in, we were told the cost would be $75 more for our seats, as the airlines only give Expedia so many seats and they were taken. They don't tell you that when you pay for your seats!

Purchased a starburst wall clock. Very flimsy materials. One tip bent. Wanted me to pay for shipping back + they would deduct their "free" shipping of $25 for a $100 item from my refund which only weighed 3 lbs! Will NEVER do business with them agaun. Meredith, customers service Mgr VERY unhelpful.
