I enjoy the products but it's not clear how long it takes to receive the products. Last time, I ordered something for an upcoming party. It said that the product would ship the following day so I figured it would take about a week to receive it. The party was over 6 weeks away and it arrived 2 days beforehand. I'd like this to be more clear

For the US & Canada we give the estimate of 5-15 working days.
I can see your order was placed on July 12, shipped on July 13 and finally delivered on Jul 27.
