“Dishonest thieves”

Ordered some led bulbs from HEM led lighting store
https://www.aliexpress.com/store/*******
For about 50.00 US and even though they guarantee full refund min case of dispute.
They do not. They are simply low life, dishonest thieves. Filed a complaint. Ali said they would give a refund voucher - not even that. Total BS. Will never buy anything again from ALI.
