I submitted my order with Longred on April 4th. I have not received the chairs I ordered and paid for. The tracking system does not work. There is an email address in the Contact Us section of the website. I have sent 2 emails and have received no emails back to explain why I don't have my chairs yet. Beginning to think this is a scam and I have lost my money. Please learn from my mistake.
Tip for consumers:
Just because the ad looks sophisticated and the website looks professional, doesn’t make it a real business. An ad for a store called, Longred, popped up on my iPad. They had a really good deal for lawn chairs. I bought it hook, line and sinker. Now I’m out my money, so don’t be fooled like I was!
