“I LOVE this place!”

I joined ILKB in June 2018 and I absolutely love it! The full body workouts are amazing, the staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is impressive. The members are like family, full of encouragement and support. I recommend ILKB to anyone looking for a fantastic workout with an amazing group of people!
