I went through the process to return 3 items. The shipping label came up for me to print it but my printer wasn't ready. When it was, in just seconds, I went back and the label was gone! Online instructions said to go to "Return & Refund" page, but I can't find it. I began again, but the three items no longer appear on my order. I tried to do an online "Chat", but you have to click the items in question and again, they are no longer there. I sent two emails to *******@romwe.com and have received no reply. All I need is a label for these three items. Is that two much to ask? I am reviewing Romwe's customer service only. My grandchildren love their products, they are of good quality, arrive on time and I love their prices. I have another order ready to submit, but will not until this matter is resolved. I hope someone will help me get a label!
