One of the actors says that he has insurance, but goods saves him more. On the bottom of the screen, it CLEARLY says "not to be combined with other insurance ". Sounds misleading to me...

It's not misleading - you simply can't combine the two discounts. Not sure why that would merit a 1-star review.
