I placed two order numbers: 3131 and 3137 on September 8th, 2020. My order 3137 was supposed to have been delivered, according to the shop app, on September 28, at 9:30am. I live in a doorman building and I have contacted my doormen and had them search through their log book. No delivery was made on September 28th or any other day after that. There are no shipping or location updates for my order number 3131 on the shop app. This is very concerning to me because my credit card was charged; however, I have not received my purchases.
On October 12th I have received an email from the seller that urged me to allow them to re deliver the products. I agreed to that and was promised to receive my orders within 7-10 business days. Today is October 31st and not only did I not receive my orders I have not heard from the seller with delivery date or any way to track the delivery. I feel that this is all just a scam to steal my money. Beware of this seller. I will never recommend them to anyone and will warn to stay away from them.
I will appreciate it if anyone can recommend a venue to report this scam to the right authority.
