TBDress doesn't seen like a legitimate business, I haven't received any feedback back from them in a month. I don't even know how to contact them about a refund.

Tip for consumers:
I would never recommend this store to anyone, buyers beware of TB Dress, Eric Dress and other with Dress on the end
