I was excited to be able to buy a watch online for my partner for his birthday from an Australian site. It had free shipping and looked like a goer. I was wrong.
The selection online looks great. Pity none of it is in stock - they suggest you *call* to find out if something is available or not. Um. Not how you run a web store in the digital age guys!
The customer service is poor. I had to call twice to follow up on my order, and in the end had to cancel it. They kept getting my name wrong, and blamed the supplier for the fact that I was not able to give my partner the watch he wanted.
