I have purchased a total of 4 wigs from Cysterwigs and returned 2. The second wig I returned, Girl Mono was not a style I liked. I returned it and than received it back from the company; I contacted Enrique who is a customer service rep, he informed me that I had been emailed about the company's declination of my return. Cysterwig states I return the wig with a strong/worn human odor, altered, and deshelved. I never received an email from them and they have yet to show proof that they sent one. I never wore this curly beachy wig, I tried it on 3 times for approx 5 minutes each, and I used a head cover. I was respectful with their product and returned it within 30 days, tag attached, in the same condition I received it in. I am so upset and turned off that I am accused of wearing a wig I kept in the box until it was returned to them. The wig smells like the factory it was made in! The curls are loose, softly coiled and intact! I examined the part they accuse me of altering, and indeed the seam is showing, and I don't know how this happened. The part is a mono filament! Why would I need to alter it?! I used a store credit to purchase this wig. I originally requested another store credit and even purchased another wig from them, Winner by Raquel Welch, paid cash for it, while waiting to receive this store credit. Now I just would like my money back. I complained to BBB and Cysterwig accuses me further in their response, of wardrobe fraud, of using their product over the holidays and attempting to return it and that I held the product for a questionably long time. They have no integrity as far as I am concerned. Will NEVER purchase from them again.
