I ordered a shirt from the, a month ago. I have bounced between a six 4 and 6 for a few months so I ordered a Medium ladies shirt to be on the safe side. When it arrived It was basically the size of a child's medium. I emailed the company to ask if I could exchange the shirt. Their manager Alice basically told me they will not exchange merchandise based on my stupidity and that I should have ordered the "right size" in the first place.
I am pretty old so I know what size Iorder most of my tees online and know exactly how to read a size chart. To be insulted like that is poor customer service. I will have my credit card company issue a refund. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
