Ordered July 4. July 29 sent note asking when it was going to ship. No reply. Send second note Aug 6, asking that the order arrive before Aug 10 or to cancel. They replied and cancelled the order. I understand that companies sometimes have stock availability issues but I expect to notified it's out of stock before they take my money. Glad they quickly promised the refund.
