Poppoly is a corrupt business. Any positive reviews are fake. Shipping took 6 weeks. They sent me one torn sweater and one sweater not at all the material or the size they described. If solar store sold clothes its that quality. They initially said they need pics for refund. I sent 10 pics. They then say no refunds when website clearly says refunds given. I asked for a free return label -they said no. They said I had to pay shipping to China. Over next 5 emails, they said that I could send the items back but if I did they would get held up at customs and they would then charge me for custom fees? What? So now they want me to pay return shipping and customs fees. They then said that even if it gets through customs they will never receive it and then they are not responsible. CLEARLY THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING THEIR RETURN POLICY.- They then said they would give me $5. I said no. I want $54.40. They said they can't refund me for my items. That isn't a refund. How am I supposed to return something that I have no idea if I'll get my money back or what custom will charge. Clearly this company will "pretend" they never received it so i never get a refund. I have researched all over online. This company has horrible reviews. Dumb me. Stay away. Buy American!
