This company stated they would ship in about a week. I purchased soap from them early November; never shipped. They sent a message that shipping times were backed up burning items would ship by end of November. A few weeks later I was offered the chance of a refund, I requested one. Shortly there after I received an email that i items were shipped, but they never scanned in with USPS (and yes, they are pretty good about scanning things). No refund, no items, no way to contact them. I just want my money back.
