I ordered 1 package of 3 wall shelves and when the package arrived I opened it and noticed 3 pieces were missing. Why would you ship a package that does not include all of the components in one box?! I can't even hang anything up. I'm missing 3 rods that get nailed to the wall for these shelf sliders to slide on. They're sitting on the floor now. This is useless

Stay away from these people! They trick you and try to steal your money! They never helped me find a place and the broker I met with was really lazy. Didn't do a great job and tried to sell me the $#*!tiest apartments. A couple weeks later they slapped me with a lawsuit... This is the only way they can try and make money since there's so much competition for them. They lied to me countless times and never explained to me what I signed when I asked. They never gave me a copy of it either. I asked the receptionist why they didn't give me a copy when legally they're supposed to and she said that they don't always have to. What a bull$#*! lie and excuse. Horrible receptionist. Honestly, do yourself a favor and don't work with these people. There are other agencies with the same exact listings. Don't waste your time.

Worst customer service ever. Yeah they answer the phone and read from a paper, whatever. But I had a package that they sent to the wrong address and it was sent back to them. I contacted Zara three times and I was never issued a refund. They said that the tracking number was never activated. SO WHAT?! IT's $53.00 It was definitely sent back and they're being obnoxious little $#*!ing $#*!es about $53.00 $#*! that was not delivered to me and delivered to the wrong address. GET YOUR $#*! TOGETHER.

I've been scammed twice. These so called "sugar daddies" are not real sugar daddies. They try to rape girls and never help them and trick girls. Customer Service never does anything and they don't care. Their prices are way too high. This website is absolutely horrible. I've never had a good experience from the site. There are a lot of fake people on there and scammers from different countries. Stay away from this site. You will get hurt.

I've been on and off the site as a SB for a few years now. Mostly off of the site. There is probably 5-10% of real sugar daddies on there. Now there aren't many. The guys on there are pigs not gentlemen, they lie, and only think about themselves. People actually need help and they treat people like crap. Every guy on there is cheap and the new guys don't know what they're doing or are looking for a prostitute. Lots of creepy, crazy, strange, weird guys on there. I was almost raped about 2 weeks ago. Site management does not take action on any sugar daddies and there are a lot of fakes and horrible guys on there.

I've had a few good arrangements in the past but they never lasted that long. Also the site management and customer support is very slow and they always deny photos because they think the photo isn't you. I always had my real photos up there and they keep denying my photos saying they're not real. How can I provide them authenticity? It's ridiculous. It's not a great website. I don't want people knowing I'm on there, even the people that work there. They're only focused on social media marketing.
