I asked for a free sample, I had to give my Credit Card Info for it. I cancelled my free sample order, they put a notification that it was cancelled but it wasn't.
They charged my card one month after and they have no sent either the free sample or the one they charged without my authorization.
I'm currently trying to call them but they have not answered my calls or emails.
Something is definitely wrong with the website because it says it has been canceled and it's not true!
Hi Liz, thank you for your feedback. Your subscription order is separate to your one-time free sampler, and it sounds like this was not cancelled on your account.
