“No response to my emails re faulty cord/plug”

I purchased 3x 550ml light wood grain defusers in June. The one i kept has a faulty cord. I have emailed 3 times asking for a replacement with no response. We know cord faulty as checked/tested with another and it worked. *******@hotmail
Would appreciate a response and replacement asap

We've made it a lot easier recently to send out replacements. Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'll get support to follow up with you about this (if you haven't received a response yet).
