I ordered a manual and my engine type was not included. So I sent an email and got a quick response and they sent another manual. I am very happy with how quickly I received assistance by an online merchant, never have I received this sort of service. Will order more times if I need a manual and the best tip I can provide is ask questions and the guys from this site will give you attention and proper service, not like the sites who never return your call or emails both.
