First of all, the products arrive late. Their partner LBC is not that good. They got lots of shipment so they're now really slow compared to JRS and other couriers. I hope they provide an option for what brand of courier service. The LBC employees especially in provinces are really impatient. They would update their LBC website as "return order" even if they only tried to deliver it once (which is supposed to be three delivery attempts).
Second, full of misleading and missing information especially on individual sellers, those that are not by Lazada.
Very slow communication. I would not rely on toll-frees because it's not actually toll free. Email support is really slow, takes you almost a decade.

Second, once an item is reported to us for being posted with misleading information, we automatically call the attention of our Content's team for them to contact the merchant for correction.
