Made a purchase 3/8, returned by 3/12. After 5 attempts of trying to reach them (I should have never trusted a company who doesnt have an actual phone number), I'm now being told they have no record of my return. Keep in mind, tha company sends you a return shipping label. Moral of the story, looks like I'm out of a significant amount of money, and Asos lost a customer. Can't wait until Amazon puts them out of business!!!
