“Scammers”

I ordered in June, they received my payment June 24th- to be exact and I still have a status showing "NOT YET SHIPPED". I contact customer service. They reply- however with bogus information. I want my money back or just ship my package. Is that not fair enough? My first experience and sure will be my last. Too bad- as I have many friends THAT WHERE interested. Oh well.
