The site was deceiving in it represented the location to be U.S. based. I placed my order hassle free and was quoted 7-15 days for delivery. I received a confirmation email to track my order. After 7 days, I still had not received shipping confirmation and kept trying to email the company. Leading up to the original quote of 15 days delivery, I emailed them 4 times. They never responded. They're website gives you the option to cancel your order if requested prior to shipping, so after 15 days and no response, I tried this. But I just kept receiving error messages. I finally filed a PayPal dispute with all of the details and failed attempts to contact the seller. Within 24 hours the Seller responded to PayPal with tracking information for a shipping label they just generated. I tried messaging with the Seller via PayPal at that point and they just kept resending the same message with the tracking information. The package eventually arrived another 15 days later. Only 3 out of the 6 items I ordered was in the package and all 3 were moist and smelled of mildew. I reported this to PayPal and the Seller eventually gave me a refund. They were very quick to take my money but customer service was non-existent and they never delivered the products I purchased.

This company is a scam. I fell for their home-try-on services. Scam. They are very quick to send try-ons. They are very quick to charge your account. But you will never actually see the product you purchased. I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses. When time had elapsed beyond their promised delivery time, I called to inquire about my order. The representative told me the order was confirmed delivered, even though the tracking information I had did not reflect they even shipped. She said, "Sometimes USPS Mark's tones as delivered before they have been." What? This had never been my experience with the postal service in my 36 years. They said they would expedite a new pair to me. More time went by. The second order never arrived. This time, the tracking record DID reflect delivery. But again, I had received nothing. I received the exact same email with the exact same wording and the exact same promises. I called again to inquire about this order. She literally, word for word, repeated the EXACT SAME THING as her colleague before her. She claimed they arrived the day prior, while I had actually received nothing. She claimed that the postal service sometimes Mark's tones delivered even when they have not been. Same promises. Same claim. Same lies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 100% SCAM.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! All items (7 out of 7) arrived defective and damaged. Clothing was moist/damp and smelled of mildew, which speaks volumes to how this company stores their products. Nasty! None of the items fit according to the size chart they provide. If you're going to order, you'd better be really really short because none of these items are as described online. Complete fraud and complete garbage! AVOID AT ALL COST!
