I have used fromyouflowers.com several times before but this time, they could not deliver the flowers on or before Mother's Day; NO ONE could, including local florists I reached out to, so I was ok with that. However... I chose their "best value" option PLATINUM, which I have done in the past, where their florists create their own beautiful masterpiece. I received a pic of the bouquet and it was embarrassing; looked like someone just snatched up a bunch of wild flowers from the side of the road. Pitiful flowers with one nice flower here and there, ugly arrangement sticking to and fro, and I didn't see a vase (I was too embarrassed to ask if she actually got one). The "Happy Mother's Day" balloon arrived the next day, by itself, no note for where it came from. This has never happened before with them so I gotta blame it on the COVID... just like everything else!
