I love Chicwish! I've always had great experiences here.

Wish I could give this company no stars at all. I ordered a red jumpsuit; they sent me a black one. I wrote a polite email indicating that there had been a mistake and asking for a return shipping label and free exchange. They refused. I forwarded them the original invoice and payment confirmation email I had received, clearly indicating that I had paid for a RED jumpsuit. They still refused. I sent them a registered letter with a hard copy of said invoice and email. They ignored it. So not only am I out $165 for the jumpsuit, but also the extra $25 it cost to ship the thing from the UK. That's almost $200 down the drain. I ended up donating the jumpsuit to a women's charity. I will never do business with Saint Bustier again.

I have been buying from Boston Proper (now Beyond Proper) for over 20 years. I've bought and kept, and bought and returned, countless items. I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've never had a problem. When I don't like something or it doesn't fit, I simply follow the instructions and return it. And I get a prompt refund. Honestly, I don't understand why people are having all these problems.
