Placed an order for two cushions with custom fabric (that they said they had and had sent me a swatch for). Ordered in May. Billed to my credit card in May. After several frustrating attempts to reach the order status department in July, I just learned that as of 8/19 the cushions have not been sewn because they don't have the fabric. I am asking them to immediately refund me. I don't know yet whether I will have to open a dispute with my credit card company. Be very cautious... something is not being well run at this company.
