I purchased a card and tried to register it. After entering my phone number, address, birthdate and social security number repeatedly, i was told my information can not be confirmed and i can use the card for in store transactions only and charged me $5.94 maintenance fee and had not left walmart parking lot yet. I called the customer service and was told to call the next day during business hours which i tried. After talking to employee and a supervisor i felt like i was dealing with robots. There was nothing they could do for me they said and i was unable to make them understand that i need a card to pay bills and do on line shopping for in store shopping i can use cash and don't have to buy a card and pay maintenance fee for something that i can not use. I am totally disappointed to say the least.
