No returns No Exchanges. After purchasing over $3,000 worth of tile for the shower 1/3 of it was chipped. The guy at Modello told me to just use it and there was nothing I could do. After several calls and being ignored my husband had to take over. These people just want your $, no customer service and you feel like you have been sucker punched with their attitude. After hard negotiating they gave us back $322. We thought that going to a smaller co. The service would be better and also the product. We ended-up going to Floor & Decor and now stuck with the tile.

I brought a portrait done by a sketch artist in Seattle to Mike's Camera to have it copied for Mother's Day. I purchased a frame at another store to have it put in that frame. I paid $48 in advanced to have it copied and put into the frame. When I picked it up the next day Todd said there was a problem and that he broke the glass and had taped it together. I was stunned and didn't know what to say. He didn't offer me any sort of reimbursement or anything and let me walk out of the store. When I got home I noticed the original portrait had a smudge of black ink on it.

My question is to Mike's, do you send your customer away after you broke something they paid for and not offer them anything. They made me feel like it was my fault. I took it to Michael's in Pleasant Hill and explained what happen to the nice lady working in their frame shop. She fixed it for me for FREE and said just pay it forward. I should have gone to Michael's in the first place and learned my lesson. Mike's has poor customer service and inexperienced help!

This was my 1st time using BART and taking it to the Oakland airport. On my way home, I got off at the Pleasant Hill BART Station between 3:30 p. M and 4:00. I guess there is Etiquette when exiting with your luggage. I went down the escalator and tried moving over for this guy who apparently looked like his just got off work. I had a huge suit case with 2 coats and my purse. I tried to move as fast as I could. He basically pushed me to one side and angrily said a few choice words. I said to him "excuse me." He vulgarly used the F#@@@@ word so I used it back surprised to him. He started to come back at me but decided not too. Apparently, I was suppose to use the elevator if you have luggage. There could have been a better way of handling this as he could have been nicer. Another guy also yelled at me to use the elevator. I felt like I was going to be stoned by the whole flash mob that just got off work. There are so many angry people out there that are rude. I wish I took a picture of this guy because he was very abusive to me. I never want to take BART to the airport again. Are there signs that say use the elevator with luggage? I wanted to call the police because this could of gotten really bad.

Tip for consumers:
USE ELEVATOR FOR ANGRY RIDERS. PEOPLE ARE SO INPATIENT THEY WILL ATTACK, I'M NOT KIDDING!!!

This company is terrible! WE had them less than a year and where stuck with them for our mortgage lender. You are put on hold -FOREVER-, hope you have a lot of time on your hands.

They will never send you the information you need, not even your 1098. I tried to get another mortgage company to do an audit on my mortgage through Loan Care and it could never be done. I gave-up! I don't know what is going on at this company, but it shouldn't be a company and not in business. What a frustrating experience. Please take my word and never use them.

I purchased a gift card on-line for Sam's Chowder House through Open Table.

I look at my bank statement and they charged me 3 times, yes 3 times. I called their company, a call center, and was on hold for 25 minutes. I left my name and number and no one called back. I called again that same day and talked with a customer service person, who seems to be outsourced. They said some times that happens and I just have to wait and see if the charges get taken off.

It's not their money, so why should they care. This is the first time I used this service and will never use it again. The customer service person couldn't help me and I even asked to talk with a manager and she said there wasn't one. This company seems to be another problem with our OUTSOURCING ISSUE IN AMERICA! VOTE FOR THE RIGHT PRESIDENT ON THIS ISSUE.
