After waiting a month, a partial shipment arrived. The items were extremely small, not true to size, even though we went by the size chart on the website, and looked extremely cheap. Trying to return them, but can't figure out how. I need to sign in, but since we checked out as a guest instead of creating an account, we can't contact them. The telephone number on the website doesn't work. Live chat doesn't work. I'm trying to contact them through Pay Pal to find out how to return the order and cancel the coat that still hasn't arrived nearly 2 months later. I think I was just ripped off for $114... Months have passed. I got my $84 back, but it cost me $33 to return their junk back to them. And, they asked me to take my review down. Ummm, no way. I want to stop other people from getting ripped off.
