“Faulty Goods, no response from supplier!”

Glaze on the Pottery Water Feature is faulty. Emails sent, no reply. Called and had to wait over 40 mins to get through. Mike said he would look into it, 9 days later still no response and cannot get through even after waiting an hour, line just rings!
They are excellent at taking your money though!
I personally would never use this company again. Please look at all the other review sites before you part with your hard earnt money.
