Horrible experience! I've never been so pissed off! I bought 2 boots and heels for my mom as a late Christmas gift on December 26. I checked my order status, says it's on hold. I'm like ok wth. So I emailed them and 3 days later they finally contacted me and told me to call their customer service. Tell me why EVERYTIME I called them their line was busy. Makes no damn sense. And after sending them about 15 emails complaining, all of a sudden my order is being reported fraudulent purchase! Are you kidding me?! I wasted my time trying to verify my order! One thing I hate is when people mess with my money! Idk what to do now and I don't think they will ever refund me. Never shopping on this site again and my mom will never get her boots and heel she really wanted. This website needs to shut down!
