Was in a car accident last month and was in the hospital ICU unable to make payments due until I came home. You would have thought I had borrowed millions of dollars from them by the way they were acting. Pushy. They threatened my credit rating for being a week late on a $10 payment? Sure. Five payments in all that were a few weeks late, total of $65. They were okay up until that time, then life happened and well they started acting like your local loan shark.

Next month I'll just pay it all off ($350) and that's that.

Okay so as a warning, stay away from this card. Unless you have the funds to pay it off in full every month you will be hitched to debt forever. I just paid it off in full ($1540) and I am planning on charging then paying off a small debt of $25 on the account every month just to piss them off. Besides the regular balance I was paying towards I was also paying towards interest on a $300 purchase and they didn't apply my payments to that debt but instead they only applied a few dollars to it. Once the six months expired, the interest rate for the $300 hit like a hammer. Also, late charges: I heard they charge upwards of $30.

This card is meant to lure people with poor to fair credit in and keep them in debt forever, They tank your credit rating even if you are paying on the card. Just a heads up.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this card if you can’t pay the balance off every month.

Ever. I've been with this company since they were Time Warner, years and I've always paid on time. I had my plan changed a few months ago because there was a huge price increase they did without telling me they were going to do it so I cut the service down to the bare bones. They changed my payment due date so I wasn't exactly sure when I was due. I called and made an arrangement to pay next week when I get paid and the system even acknowledged it.

Then the crazy started, for the last three days the system has been sending out reminder after reminder that I'm late and pay now or I'll be unplugged. Again, I've never made an arrangement like this with them before, this time was unusual. Email, text and even a snail mail letter arriving within days of each other saying the same thing. If I say I am going to pay by a certain date, I will. I ended up pulling money out of my savings today just to shut them up. They have payment arrangements but will bug the hell out of you between now and when you have to pay to pay up. Are they going to go broke if I pay on the date agreed upon? Not likely. Again, don't bother making payment arrangements with this company, they don't understand the concept.

Every month I pay them $70 and they charge me $48 in interest so the bill never, ever comes down.

Lost my job because of the virus and I am currently living on a shoestring. I'm not going to give these people my last buck. When the economy was flourishing and I was making money I could pay but that has changed. Stay away from these bastards, stay far away. Come take me to court, you can't get blood from a turnip. Good luck.
