Placed an order in May. They constantly lied saying my items were shipped. Advised them that I had already confirmed with UPS that they never received the package from them. Fanjoy then changed their story to say my shipment was lost. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/9/21 and forwarded the confirmation email from the BBB to Fanjoy. My merch showed up on 7/16 with the same tracking number that they claimed was tied to the lost order. If you want any resolution from them, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
