I purchased 12 chargers. EVERY Single one of them arrived with scratches. They did a return but I had to pay to ship them back. Completely unacceptable! I will never do business with them and I caution future customers that they do not stand behind what they sell. Terrible customer service! (Original cost of items $44, return fee due to size and weight $42!)
Tip for consumers:
Don’t expect any level of customer service for defective products!
