Fun to check it all out

Elite Outdoor Designs is a terribly run company. No communication unless you initiate it. Then you get excuses and lies. We had a front courtyard we wanted to redo. We picked out the travertine then 3 weeks later my husband called because we hadn't heard anything. They told us the travertine we had picked was discontinued. If we hadn't contacted them how much longer would we have sat in the dark?! We picked out a different travertine and were told it was a 3 day job. That was over 3 weeks ago. Still not finished. No one here Monday or Tuesday or today so far. Oscar and crew are great. Very talented and do beautiful work. The company is terrible. Issues constantly, excuses, excuses, no shows, no calls. Stay away from Elite Outdoor Design.
