I ordered 270 'bedding plants' via Groupon. My order duly arrived and I was so disappointed with the quality/size/condition of them! I telephoned the company (Suttons) direct to advise them that I was not at all happy with just how misleading the sale was. I spoke to a woman who was both condescending and patronising - I felt my blood boil! No refund would be given (despite the fact they are 'Seedlings' not plants in any way, shape or form) - if I could tell her how many were missing (I would have needed a microscope) and how many had died then I might get a partial refund! Disgusting service and terrible quality product I would not buy from them ever again. I didn't pay loads for them but it is the principal of receiving poor quality goods!

Nightmare for customer service. I had requested a refund which had been agreed but nothing received (since October)! Trying to contact them is a waste of time as you are hanging on the telephone and no easy way of contacting them online (they make it very difficult). Will not be buying from them again.

Tip for consumers:
If you request a refund bear in mind that you will have to obtain postage and packaging back separately from the seller! (in the small print)
