Placed an offer through this app for subway, am a single mum and don't have much money, but as things are going with this covid I thought I would treat my kids, the other came wrong and very cold, and it was for only three, the order was over £27,,, was very upset for my kids as they where very much looking forward to it,, try phoning the shop they where nice but told me to go in app and get a refund,,,, wish was very hard to understand our ger the right answers, to be told we had to take pictures of the food, they would send us an email and talk it for there,,, still have not received an email and kids with no food, I normally don't complain about anything, but it was a treat for my kids, and the subway shop itself knows the order was wrong and where very nice,, just eat,, is the problem
